BENUE State Police Command has stepped up its search for wanted armed robber and kidnapper Terwase Akwaza who married 33 women after it was alleged that any woman he touched ended up as his wife.
Yesterday, the command arraigned his wife Queen Akwaza, over her alleged refusal to disclose her husband’s whereabouts. Mrs Akwaza, who appeared before a Makurdi Chief Magistrate’s Court, was charged with criminal conspiracy, screening of armed robbery and kidnapping suspects and acts of terrorism.

NIGERIAN Football Federation (NFF) officials plan to visit Super Eagles goalkeeper Carl Ikeme currently hospitalised in England after being diagnosed as having with acute leukaemia.
Ikeme, 31, who mans goal for Nigeria and English Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers, was recently found to have leukaemia, otherwise known as cancer of the blood during a pre-season medical. He has since begun receiving treatment amid an outpouring of support from across world football.
