[1] It is the rainy season in Nigeria again and as ever, we are once more subjected to annual flooding. Can we just put things into perspective, it is not as if we suffer from Monsoon storms or La Niña, it is just that there is no drainage to carry away excess water. Our villages, towns and cities only get something like a 20% increase in water during the rainy season

[2] Exceptions may be made in the cases of rare specialist care. In such cases, affected officials need to write to the National Assembly seeking permission for such trips
[3] Any public official who needs specialist overseas care more than once during a four year tenure must vacate their office

[1] Create a Presidential Anti-Inflationary Directorate (Paid) headed by a leading economist like Lamidi Sanusi, Arunma Oteh, Emmanuel Nnadozie, Obiageli Ezekwesili, etc

[1] Do you know that 80,000 Nigerians go on pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina every year? Rather than subsidise the hajj, I would tax it heavily and turn it into a revenue source for the government
[2] Do you know that 30,000 Nigerians go on pilgrimage to Jerusalem and Rome every year? They too will equally be taxed at the same rate as their Muslim counterparts
