[2] Now, in 1926, the company opened one of the world's biggest rubber plantations in Liberia, West Africa, spanning over 1m acres. Why Nigeria did not seek a similar facility at independence is beyond me

[3] 50% of all generated revenue will be kept by the state
[4] 20% of raised revenue will be paid into the federation account
