[2] Such a declaration signed at the National Theatre, Iganmu, our most iconic building needs to first of all declare that all Nigerian states will become self-reliant by the year 2025, generating as much as they spend at the very least

It is totally impossible to get the equipment you want at the price you want, in the specifications you want, at the time you want and in the quantities you want if you do not have a domestic manufacturing capability
