[1] I am yet to see any comprehensive anti-terrorist or security manifesto from any of our presidential candidates. I desperately hope we get something very soon 

[2] Insecurity is by far our biggest problem in Nigeria today. Do we actually have any plans to step up the acquisition of intelligence gathering equipment?

[1] Nigeria will be made up of 42 states, with seven per each of her constituent geo-political zones

[2] Each state will be responsible for creating and funding its local governments as it deems fit. Local governments will be funded internally by the charging of a local tax, which will be augmented by a state grant representing no more than 10% of their total expenditure
