NIGER Delta Peoples Salvation Force (NDPSF) leader Alhaji Asari Dokubo has lashed out at the head of the Indigenous People of Biafra (Ipob) Nnamdi Kanu saying the constant sit-at-home protests he calls across the southeast geo-political zone are impoverishing Ndigbo.
