[1] Nigeria will establish at least one new technical vocational training college in each local government area of the 19 states of the country that have indigenous Fulani populations

[2] Every Fulani man who hands in his weapons and arms will be granted automatic admission into one of these technical colleges where the state government will feed, board and train them up to City & Guild level in one vocational skill

Islamic Development Bank offers loan of $98m to help fund education in northern Nigeria

ORGANISATION of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) finance house the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) has approved the disbursement of $98m to Nigerian in the form of loans to the education sector to support a plan to help eradicate illiteracy.

[1] Every one of Nigeria’s 774 local government areas must have at least one industrial estate. Failure to establish one within one year of assuming office will make a local government chairman liable to face criminal, treason and economic sabotage charges

[2] No licences will be issued to any faith house to open a church or mosque unless such premises also involves the construction of an industrial complex which shall employ at least 50 people
