[1] The Nigerian Governors Forum wholeheartedly opposes open grazing and will be sending a bill to the National Assembly making it illegal nationwide

[2] We will support the setting up of a presidential panel to review the 2014 National Confab report on restructuring and make recommendations to the Federal Executive Council. By March 1, a draft bill will be prepared for forwarding on to the National Assembly

In the first place, we need about 50,000MW but only generate 7,000MW and to make matters worse, we can only distribute 4,000MW of this. All we have to do is address both issues

[1] As an economy, Nigeria’s woes basically stem from the fact that we simply do not manufacture enough and as a result, import too much. This leads to balance of trade and balance of payment deficits. Once we start manufacturing, we will be on the road to recovery

[2] To become a manufacturing nation you need a large pool of workers, crude oil , steel and electricity. The first two we have in abundance, so need to work on the other two vigorously
