POLICE in the Niger State capital Minna have arrested a fake medical doctor who not only forged a certificate and impersonated staff but also used the opportunity to abuse patients by sucking their private parts.
According to the police, Umaru Usman, 50, was arrested at the Outpatient Department of the Minna General Hospital on Tuesday. Mr Usman had been parading himself as a medical doctor for over two years without detection.
