[2] Every African leader is compelled to spend his or her holiday in a country on the continent

[3] No African leader shall hold a foreign bank account while in office

[4] All African leaders and their ministers must drive cars made by local automobile manufacturers like Innoson Motors

[5] No African leader is allowed to send their children to university outside the continent while in office

[6] No African leader is allowed to have business interests in any foreign company while in office

[7] Every African leader is compelled to use public transport at least once a month

[8] Every African leader is compelled to wear his or her native attire to a public function at least once a month

[9] No African leader is allowed to own a property in a foreign land while in office

[10] Every African nation must domesticate these laws and make them applicable all public servants like ministers, governors, legislators, commissioners, heads of parastatals, etc
