[1] By the end of 2024, we will abolish the federal allocation regime compelling all 36 states to generate their own revenue

[2] Before the end of the year, we will have equipped the Nigerian military with the capacity to wipe out Boko Haram and all other terrorist groups operating in the northeast

[3] Get every single cattle herdsman in the country operating from a dedicated and secure animal ranch before the end of 2024

[4] We will get private investors running the Ajaokuta and Aladja steel plants in 2024 with a mandate to produce a minimum of 20m tonnes a year

[5] Every government department will be compelled to purchase all their vehicles from Innoson Motors with the aim of making it a major global player within the next five years

[6] We will set a compulsory target of generating, transmitting and distributing 50,000MW of power within the next four years

[7] We will construct six sea ports along Nigeria’s Atlantic coast, each with a minimum capacity of 1m twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU)

[8] We will mandate every state to raise it literacy rate to at least 80% over the next five years

[9] We will connect every one of our 774 local government areas to a national rail network

[10] We will make it illegal to export primary commodities without adding at least 50% value
