How about Nigeria uses this Ukraine crisis to establish herself as a true global player by initiating an African-Slav Alliance that will serve as a global economic powerhouse

[1] It should be clear to all Slavs and Eastern Europeans for that matter, that the West will never accept them as true equals. Looking at the way President Zelensky was treated by President Trump recently should tell them all they need to know

[2] Slav nations include Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Bulgaria. They all bore the main brunt of Nazi aggression and occupation during World War Two

[3] With it now clear that Russia and Ukraine need to resolve their differences themselves as brothers, this should provide an opening for African diplomacy. How about Presidents Bola Tinubu and Cyril Ramaphosa acting as a two-man meditation team that brokers a ceasefire and peace deal between these two Slav brothers

[4] This Slavonic Peace Pact should then be extended into a global peace formula used to resolve all conflicts across Africa and the Slav world in the future

[5] On the back of this, the two peoples can agree to establish a common market. Maybe call it the African-Slav Union and have it guarantee the free movement of goods, people and services among its member nations

[6] This African-Slav Union can also have a common defence policy, which will make it impossible for its members to go to war against each other. It can also have a Nato-like agreement under which an attack on one is an attack on all

[7] By 2035, this African-Slav Union should aim to account for about one third of world trade and at least a quarter of global manufacturing

[8] Technology transfer should be a must within this African-Slav Union. Slav nations like Russia and Ukraine must be compelled to share manufacturing know-how with their African partners like Nigeria and South Africa

[9] This African-Slav Union will have a rotating chair that oscillates between Europe and Africa annually

[10] Russian rubles and kopecks will be adopted as the official currency of this African-Slav Union
