How about we resolve as a people to mass-produce 10 industrial goods in Nigeria over the next decade with a double decker molue bus being the centrepiece of new manufacturing programme

[1] We must woo two or three automobile manufacturers to come and open plants that manufacture modern day molue buses. They should be double decker electric vehicles and come with air conditioning. As a nation, we should aim to manufacture these buses at about half the price of a competitive bus

[2] Nigeria should also aspire to become the world's leading manufacturer of flatscreen TVs that you can hang on the wall like clocks

[3] We should also mass-produce all-in-one iPads and mobile phone sets that are sold worldwide

[4] We should manufacture a combined microwave/toaster device

[5] There should be no argument about mass-producing tinned jollof rice packs that can rival Heinz baked beans globally

[6] Can someone please explain to me why we have not yet come up with rain-proof and insulated agbadas that can be worn in cold climates

[7] We should aspire to manufacture head ties that open up as umbrellas when you want them to

[8] Nigeria should have tailoring firms that manufacture insulated Isiagu attires that self-inflate and can turn into overcoats, preventing the need to take a coat out with you

[9] At the very least, Lagos and Abuja should have air conditioned bus stop booths. We should actually have a company that manufactures booths that are portable and can be installed anywhere

[10] Given our construction needs, we should start to manufacture all-in-one cement, gravel and sand mixed packs that can halve production costs
