This policy should be aimed at attracting about a quarter of the global tourist market. Africa has the wildlife to make this happen, so we should tap into it:
[1]Tourists will be offered a 10-island holiday involving spending at least one night in each location
[2] Tourists who want localised holidays in just one part of Africa, will be free to opt for that
[3] Air Peace will be responsible for all flights and transportation
[4] Tourists will not need a visa for such holidays
[5] Foreign hotel chains, hospitality companies and restaurant chains will be given 50 year land leases to expand into these islands
[6] Nigeria will float a dedicated cruise company to facilitate this island-hoping holiday for those interested in making the trip by sea
[7] Tourists who come on holidays for five successive years will be granted automatic citizenship allowing them to settle in any of these islands if they so please
[8] Foreign companies who hold annual general meetings or staff get-togethers on any of these islands will get a 20% discount
[9] Ship captains who operate the cruise line that services the islands will be licensed to conduct weddings aboard their ships
[10] One division of the Nigerian Army will be located to each island to offer security
