[1] We want 5% of all the world's automobiles to be assembled in Africa

[2] We want 10% of all the world's refrigerators to be manufactured in Africa

[3] We want 15% of all the world's washing machines to be manufactured in Africa

[4] All multinational tourist operators must invest at least 15% of their profits in the African tourist industry

[5] Globally, all zoos will be closed down. Anyone wanting to see wildlife should visit Africa to do so

[6] All exporters of diamonds, crude oil, palm oil, rubber, timber, gold and oilseeds must add some value to their products at origin. They will no longer be allowed to export primary products unprocessed

[7] At least 10% of all global capital investment must be in Africa annually

[8] At least 5% of all the world's ships must be manufactured in Africa

[9] Every pharmaceutical company must locate its tropical research department in Africa

[10] The Everything But Arms policy under which finished African goods are imported duty-free must be extended globally
