Ayo Akinfe
[1] Wasiu Ayinde, aka K1 De Ultimate has had his six month flying ban reduced and he has been appointed as Nigeria’s ambassador for aviation security protocols. For me, the reduction of the suspension should not be automatic but based on him delivering in office
[2] For starters, with Comfort Emmason working as his assistant, Wasiu must get the likes of BA, Lufthansa, Virgin, Air France, Emirates, etc, to take out stakes in Air Peace and turn it into a genuine global operator
[3] He should then get Air Peace landing rights in several major world capitals like Paris, Moscow, Berlin, New York, Rio de Janeiro, Beijing, New Delhi, Madrid, Brussels, Amsterdam, etc
[4] Nigerian airlines like Ibom Air, United Nigeria Airlines and Green Africa Airways should be granted automatic landing rights in the UK. Wasiu should use all his charm, influence and assets, along with that of his assistant Comfort to achieve this. Lagos to London is the most lucrative route in global aviation
[5] By the end of 2026, Air Peace must fly to every African capital city, making it the continent’s primary airline. I think this is actually relatively easy to achieve
[6] All those private jets owned by clergymen and politicians in Nigeria must be purchased and brought under the Air Peace umbrella. Basically, the company will operate a private jet subsidiary that will be a big money spinner
[7] By 2026, Nigeria must have at least three Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) aircraft repair facilities. Preferably located in Uyo, Calabar and Lagos, which serve as gateways to the rest of the continent. These MRO sites will be where all African airlines come to service their aircraft
[8] Embraer, the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer will be wooed. They must open a manufacturing facility in Nigeria, the way Boeing has a facility in New Zealand
[9] Murtala Mohammed Airport Lagos will have one of the world’s largest fuel depots. Our goal is to have aircraft from all over the world come there to refuel
[10] In Port Harcourt, we will open the world’s largest aviation fuel storage equipment manufacturer. Our aim is to manufacture at least one third of the world’s aviation fuel storage tanks there
