President Tinubu has just left Japan for Brazil as part of his global quest for FDI. He should do the unthinkable by asking the rest of humanity to invest in an unprecedented human research centre based in Nigeria

[1] Homo Sapien man has long been regarded as the ape that got lucky. Unlike our cousins Homo Neanderthalis, Homo Habilis, Homo Erectus, Homo Naledi and Homo Neanderthalis, we survived the Ice Age and are the only surviving homininia specie today

[2] Just as the cat family has the lion, tiger, leopard, jaguar, cheetah, puma, etc and the horse family has the donkey, pony, horse, zebra, etc, while the dog family has the wolf, fox, wild dogs, etc, man too is from a pool of other similar hominids. Our hominoid species is at the top of the food chain. The ultimate apex predator

[3] It is generally agreed that these various hominoids like Homo Erectus, Homo Habilis, Homo Neanderthalis, Homo Heidelbergis, etc were different species but I think we have an obligation to find out if they ever inter-bred. Could Homo Sapiens copulate with Homo Neanderthalis for instance?

[4] I ask this because the behaviour of the African does not match that of other Homo Sapiens in many ways, so I think it is important we find out if we are hybrids of some sort. For me, the onl;y way forward is to open a human research centre in Nigeria

[5] For instance, it is un-homo sapien and un-human to remain an eternal consumer. Most human settlements copy, clone and steal technology within five years of being introduced to it

[6] Just to give you an example. Japan once cut itself off from the rest of the world but on July 8, 1853, four American steam ships wandered into Tokyo harbour dazzling the stunned populace. Do you know that by 1904, just 50 years later, Japan had built a navy of steam ships that defeated the Czar’s naval force in the Russo-Japanese War

[7] Now ask yourselves how come that 60 years after colonisation, not one African nation has a ship-building capacity? Nigeria cannot even refine crude oil despite having it since 1958

[8] Also, the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade existed between the 16th and 19th centuries. That is way too long for any human populace to accept slavery. Normally, after about 50 years, the revolt should have begun. How come we accepted it for so long?

[9] As the world’s largest black nation and champion of the negro cause, Nigeria owes it to humanity to carry out in-depth research into this matter. I believe we have a right to know if negroid peoples are wholly Homo Sapien or a hybrid of two or more of the great apes. We need to clone other specie like the Homo Erectus for instance and see if we are in any way related to them

[10] If we are not fully fledged Homo Sapiens, does this mean we might need some form of hormone replacement therapy? I do not think the rest of the world would actually object to Nigeria being home to such a research facility. Ideally, it should be on some isolated island where we could clone other species in isolation from the Homo Sapien population.
