[7] Anyone who fails to attract at least $1m in foreign direct investment annually
[8] Anyone who fails to bring literacy levels up to at least 60% of the populace after a four year term
[9] Anyone who fails to build at least one general hospital in each local government area of the state
[10] Anyone who insists on holding on to 19th century economic practices such as open grazing, digging wells, allowing the construction of mud huts, etc
