Remo Omokri mocks Okorocha saying he will only ever be president of Nigerian road transport workers union

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari's former aide Remo Omokri has derided Governor Rocha's Okorocha's recent claim that he will one day win the presidency saying that he can only ever become the president of the Nigerian Road Transport Workers.

Speaking in Owerri on Sunday during his valedictory thanksgiving service, Governor Okorocha said that ultimately, he will become the president of Nigeria. Tomorrow, on May 29, Governor Okorocha will be leaving office at the end of his second term as governor but his desire to serve in the senate is still unresolved as the Independent national Electoral Commission (Inec) is yet to finalise the contest in his Imo West Senatorial District.

Governor Okorocha has attributed his travails to his political enemies, who he said are keen to hold him back at any cost. He berated his political adversaries who, according to him, wanted him to end up in prison.

However, responding Mr Omokri, mocked Governor Okorocha in a Tweet by saying that the governor will only ever become the president of the Nigeria Union of Road Transport Workers. He wrote: “Rochas is not lying when he said mark my words, I will be president of Nigeria.

"That prophecy is accurate as Okorocha will become president of the Nigeria Union of Road Transport Workers. As the founder of Iberiberism, he will be a good fit."
