[1] Six mega cattle ranches will be established across Nigeria. One will be located on each of our states with the largest land masses in the country - Niger, Borno, Taraba, Kaduna, Bauchi and Yobe
[2] As from July 1 2023, it will become illegal for cattle to roam across Nigeria or anywhere outside designated ranches
[3] All Fulani herdsmen will be disarmed by the Nigerian government under a nationwide amnesty programme
[4] Each of these mega cattle ranches will become a mini town with schools, technical colleges, police stations, health clinics, abbatoirs, bandit rehabilitation centres, etc
[5] Each ranch will have a veterinary clinic and a training centre attached to it
[6] Each ranch will have an animal feed compounding plant built on its premises to provide food for the cattle
[7] Each ranch shall have an adjoining milk processing plant attached to it
[8] Each ranch shall have a leather tanning factory attached to it
[9] Each ranch shall have a police station attached to it to provide security for the livestock
[10] Every one of these ranches shall have a rail link. As from 2024, cattle will only be moved across Nigeria by rail
