(1) US investigators will drop all charges against Air Peace chairman Allen Onyeama

(2) Air Peace will gravitate towards being Nigeria’s national carrier so will be offered landing rights in New York Washington, Dallas, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami and Chicago airports

(3) US carriers United Airlines, Delta Air Line, American Airlines and Southwest Airlines will each take out a 10% stake in Air Peace

(4) Each of these four US airlines will be given landing rights at Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt international airports

(5) Under a joint venture deal, the four airlines will open a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility in Lagos

(6) These four airlines will also commit to taking out minority stakes in a Nigerian aircraft manufacturing venture involving Boeing

(7) These airlines will enter into a five year aviation fuel supply deal with the new Dangote refinery in Lekki

(8) These airlines will commit to making the Abuja airport their African aviation hub from where there will be connecting flights to every other capital city in the continent

(9) All Nigerian airlines will enter into Boeing First 10 year supply agreement when it comes to purchasing new aircraft

(10) Under the terms of this pact, both countries will commit to manufacturing a plane bigger than the Airbus A380 at a facility in Nigeria
