[1] Parties should strive to only nominate presidential candidates under the age of 60 

[2] Parties should strive to only nominate vice presidential candidates under the age of 55

[3] Parties should strive to only nominate governorship candidates under the age of 55

[4] Parties should strive to only nominate deputy governorship candidates under the age of 50

[5] Parties should strive to only nominate senatorial candidates under the age of 55

[6] Parties should strive to only nominate Federal House of Representatives candidates under the age of 50 

[7] Parties should strive to only nominate state house of assembly candidates under the age of 50

[8] Presidents should strive to appoint ministers under the age of 50 

[9] Governors should strive to appoint commissioners under the age of 45 

[10] No ambassador should be over the age of 65
