(1) Meet with traditional rulers from each geo-political zone once a month

(2) Create a six-man Federal Character Presidential Committee that will vet all personal decisions he takes. It will have one member from each geo-political zone

(3) Offer a one-off payment to any new couples who enter into a multi-ethnic marriage

(4) Get the phrase state of origin made a criminal offence or hate speech. Replace it with state of birth
