(1) The federal ministry of works will directly employ 2m youths to engage in an ambitious road construction programme linking all state capitals to a national road network

(2) Every state government will be set a target of building at least 1m housing units over the next five years

(3) Every state government will be mandated to build roads linking every one of its local government areas with the capital

In this new era, every penny needs to be saved for the purchase of much-needed industrial equipment. If we deplete the CBN’s reserves on things like private jets, then we have no moral right to complain when it has no dollars to buy refinery equipment of electricity turbines
